Kristen Borrego began her work at the Council in 2011 as the Manager of HR Professional Staffing. She then became the Council’s HR Director in 2016 prior to moving into her current role in 2018. Kristen’s background includes mutli-state and international HR and payroll experience. Kristen received her Bachelor and Master degrees from Colorado State University in Business Management. She also is a member of SHRM and the APA.
