Yes. Every payroll client is an Employers Council member. This is a core part of what makes the service different. Your membership gives your payroll team access to HR consultants and employment law attorneys whenever questions come up. If you are not currently a member, the implementation fee for new organizations includes a Consulting Membership. 

After you book a demo and decide to move forward, we meet with your team to understand your current process, your systems, and your goals. From there, we configure UKG to match your workflows, review the setup for compliance, and train your staff. Our onboarding process has identified compliance gaps in the majority of our initial implementations. 

Yes.
