Armand LaCasse has Senior HR Business Partner experience focused on Strategic Human Resources. He has managed HR Consultants, Employee Relations, Compensation,
Government Compliance, and Safety during his 30-year HR career. Prior to joining Employers Council, Armand consulted with managers to increase workforce effectiveness in production plant, heavy equipment dealership, financial institution operations, retail store, and call center business environments.

Early in his HR career, Armand called upon the Employers Council for union labor relations and contract guidance. He also has experience managing businesses, and he understands business financials. He now enjoys consulting with managers, analyzing human resources issues, and determining possible actions that lead to viable business opportunity solutions.
