Valorie Waldon has been with Employers Council since 2007. In her current role she provides leadership for a team of professionals working with organizations to create solutions and strategies to maximize the skills and talents of their workforce. Prior to coming to the Council, Valorie had over 20 years of human resource management experience. In addition to owning and operating an HR firm, she has served as the top HR executive, providing strategic direction and advising executive leadership, for organizations in both the public and private sectors. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
