Before joining Employers Council, Kim held HR leadership roles in the nonprofit, medical, banking, and higher-education sectors. Kim is a career coach, trained in the co-active coaching methodology. Kim enjoys blending HR experience and coaching skills to support members in achieving solutions to often-complex business problems. Kim is adept at facilitating learning and growth for professionals at all levels, whether it’s through phone consultation, HR classes, or professional and leadership development classes. Kim’s strengths and areas of interest are the employee experience, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and helping HR professionals and organizational leaders build competencies and confidence. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and has a SHRM-SCP.
