Julie Zinn

Julie Zinn joined the Employers Council in early 2022. In her role as an Organizational Development Consultant she works with a variety of employers as a coach, consultant and facilitator in areas such as leadership, communication, building trust, conflict resolution, organizational structure and reorgs, and strategic planning.

Prior to her work at the council, Julie held myriad executive leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at multiple organizations in the SaaS and training and development industries. Julie holds Bachelor’s degrees in business and music from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Arts in Human Development from The George Washington University.

She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Project Management Professional (PMP^®), and is a certified coach by the Association of Training and Development.
