Handbook review services vary by membership level. Consulting and Enterprise members receive an annual handbook review completed by an Employers Council HR professional, and Enterprise membership includes a legal review completed by an Employers Council attorney.  Core members can purchase an annual handbook review for a flat fee.

In most cases, we recommend a primary handbook built for your headquarters state, plus state-specific supplements for other states where you have employees. This approach helps you stay consistent while addressing key differences by state.

If you have employees working in California, we typically recommend a California-specific handbook rather than adding California language to a general handbook.
