Objective

What exactly does it take to have a good conversation that would be considered good service? How do we deal with others with good customer service? This program will address various skills, concepts and considerations in providing excellent customer service.  Topics include: Engaging in  great customer conversations, knowing and living your company’s brand, the four Ps that drive customer service, as well as creating an excellent customer experience via the phone.
