Colorado: Employers Must Now Register in Advance for Unemployment Hearings
Last week, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) began requiring parties to “pre-register” for unemployment compensation appeals hearings at least 24 hours in advance of the hearing through an automated hotline.
