If we do not have the HR data you need readily available online, we can help you in two ways. Members may obtain a “Customized Survey Analysis" (CSA) from any of our compensation or benefit surveys. A CSA can be requested for any job or benefit question by choosing a selected group of organizations in the survey. For example, organizations might be chosen by name, by employment size, or geographic area. This custom survey extract allows an organization to compare their compensation and/or benefits against an aggregate data line of the selected organizations of their choosing.
“Special Studies" are conducted when members have the need for highly specific information that is not currently surveyed by Employers Council. These customized studies may involve wage rates for an un-surveyed position, a unique benefit, or an uncommon personnel practice or policy. You tell us the information you would like surveyed and the competitors close by or across the country you would like surveyed, then we do the work and give you aggregate results.
