Component 2 EEO-1 Sample Form Now Available

EEOC has issued a sample form for use in Component 2 EEO-1 filing, due in September. All of the Component 2 resources currently available may be found at EEOC’s dedicated Component 2 site.

Component 2 EEO-1 filing is well underway with the following important deadlines:

July 1, 2019 – Employers began receiving notifications from the EEOC regarding Component 2. However, these initial notifications did not contain the log-in information for the Component 2 portal.

July 12, 2019 – Employers began receiving log-in information to access the portal via email or U.S. Postal Service.

July 15, 2019 – Component 2 EEO-1 portal opened.

September 30, 2019 – Component 2 EEO-1 data due.

Employers Council will continue to provide relevant information. As always, members are encouraged to call with questions.
