Have you ever had a very successful project ‘technically’ speaking BUT missed the boat with the relationship side of the project? Project Management Soft Skills is designed to provide focused time to learn and apply basic human-side skills to projects of all shapes and sizes. This class incorporates multiple exercises and provides hands-on use of the various approaches and techniques.

This course is designed to provide a foundation for some of the more typical human-side situations that project team members and managers encounter.
