Project Management Intermediate is designed to provide additional tools and techniques to help participants effectively manage medium complexity projects. This two-day session introduces over five new concepts through a realistic case study and multiple scenarios to dive deep and explore more challenges of effective project management.
Using skills learned in the Fundamentals class, you will be introduced to new and more advanced topics that are relevant to serious project managers. Key concepts included in the course are provided below.
