If you have processes, they can be improved, and yes, most of what you do every day is a process. No matter the size or maturity of your organization, LEAN and Six Sigma—a powerful combination—can improve the work you do on a daily basis. As either a companion to “Organizational Excellence: LEAN Tools" course, or a stand-alone offering, this half-day workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of Six Sigma, and send you back to your team with tools that can be applied on Day One. Through an engaging in-class exercise and as a team, we'll explore the DMAIC framework, apply some Six Sigma tools, and improve a process right in class. Individually, you will leave this quick session with tools and experience that will improve how you do what you do right away!
Anybody interested in improving their processes, getting more done, and better serving their customers. This is an introductory class meant to expose attendees to the fundamentals of Six Sigma and how it works with LEAN.
