We’ve all been challenged with being more efficient and doing more with less.  Learning how to manage your own personal productivity is a skill for every worker in every work environment.  This program will explore a variety of topics all impacting our ability to be at our best and our most personally productive.  Topics include: the myth of multitasking, the pain of procrastination, life hacks to make your workspace, email, and balance more successful, as well as managing email, phone calls and time management.​
