Objective

At some point, everyone finds themselves in a moment of negotiation.  Finding the prized “win-win” solution is often not as easy as it sounds.  This program will not only address the skills of good negotiation, but also the right mindset for negotiations to be successful.  Topics of this program include: framing your negotiation, styles of negotiating, tactics for preparation, identifying leverage points, identifying negotiation strategies and finding common ground.
