This class will provide managers and supervisors with the skills to effectively document employee performance. It will also provide HR professionals with a good refresher for use in performance documentation processes. Participants will learn a simple performance documentation process and understand its importance in preventing legal claims. Using proven techniques, participants will practice writing job-related performance documentation. The class will focus on how the current legal climate affects private sector employers, as well as the “how-to’s” of documenting employee actions.
