This workshop will provide participants with the tools needed to correctly conduct a self-audit of their organization’s Form I-9s and E-Verify cases. Participants will receive hands-on instruction and examples of how to audit Form I-9s to ensure compliance with USCIS regulations, as well as make corrections the right way. Participants will also learn how to audit E-Verify cases and how to best address errors.

  • Auditing the Form I-9
  • Making corrections to Sections 1 and 2
  • Reviewing and auditing E-Verify cases
  • Properly documenting the self-audit
  • Addressing compliance issues
