Sam Chapman is an Associate Economist in the Regional Affairs department of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank – Denver Branch. Sam’s economic research focuses on a wide range of regional economic issues for Wyoming, Colorado, and Northern New Mexico in order to inform both the staff of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank and the public on relevant regional economic issues. Sam has been with the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank – Denver Branch for three years.

Prior to this position he worked in the Research Department of the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank. Sam earned his undergraduate degree at the Colorado College in Colorado Springs, and his Master’s degree from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics in Barcelona, Spain.​
