This course requires pre-work, which will be sent to participants via email. Participants must complete an online questionnaire two weeks prior to the program to allow for processing and printing of workshop materials.

Lyn Ciocca McCaleb is certified by the International Coach Federation and the founder of What Matters Coaching. She also has an MBA in Marketing. Lyn coaches for-profit and non-profit organizations. She has worked with many individuals to help cultivate greater self-awareness and leadership skills and teams to support greater communication and results. She has been a certified Emergenetics facilitator since 2016 and recently completed Advanced Training with Emergenetics International.​​
