The Dare To Lead workshop was created from the bestselling book by Brené Brown. The program draws on over seven years of empirically based research with over 150 leaders from various organizations-nonprofits, for profit and the military to name a few. The program of Daring Leadership is a collection of four skill sets that are 100% teachable, observable, and measurable. The foundational skill set of courage-building, Rumbling with Vulnerability, leads into Living into our Values, Braving Trust and Learning to Rise. Participants will learn that the greatest barrier to courageous leadership is not fear, it’s how we respond to fear with ways we armor up. This program is a call to Daring Leadership; to cultivate a culture in which brave work, tough conversations and whole hearts are the expectation and armor is not necessary or rewarded. Courage is contagious! Daring Leadership helps you lean into courage, so you can be a Brave Leader.
