A survey of retail customers revealed that there are five things customers want in their retail experience. This program will discuss those five things while identifying skills and practices for enhancing the retail sales experience. Topics of this program include: giving exceptional service, identifying what kind of customer you are dealing with, strategies for different customer motivations, staying positive during customer interactions, handling feedback and managing in a retail environment.
