Objective
Every
organization exists to create value for key stakeholders. In this half-day
class, participants will acquire a basic understanding of an organization’s
strategic framework, critical success factors, key performance indicators, the
value proposition, competitive strategies, stakeholder analysis, the
environmental scan, organizational structures, and key functions that make up a
value creation chain. Participants will apply the concepts to their own
organization to more clearly understand how their business works and how value
is created.
