Even the most experienced trainers can benefit from feedback. The Trainers: Advanced Practicum provides experienced trainers with an opportunity to prepare and deliver a real training module and receive feedback from their training community peers. Using their own prepared materials, participants will deliver a 20-25 minute module of training they have developed. They should also be prepared to discuss elements related to the development of the training, including their needs assessment, design, and evaluation process. During the feedback portion, participants can pose problems or concerns they would like their peers to address.
Note: Participants must register at least two weeks in advance to allow enough time for preparation. Guidelines for the module will be sent one week prior to class.
